Growing up, my family and I visited the same summer house each year. In 2018 I revisited the house for the first time in many years, but this time I was alone. A strange sorrow came over me.
I decided to print a picture from the house, and mail it to my sister. She enjoys coloring books, so I asked her to color this image the way she remembered the house.
For me, it was a way to make her a part of my lonely experience. This image is the result of our memories of the summerhouse, combined.
