The work Fathers is about my father, grandfather and me. By photographing male coded spaces and objects I wanted to reflect upon how one is invited into this arena as a daughter. With different photographic techniques, such as double exposures, solarisized images and photograms, I examined how I could apply the tools and skills my father and grandfather taught me in new contexts.
